Basically, who reports to whom, and for what, from the [[ConCom]] and across all the divisions / departments / branches / functional areas of responsibility down to the lowest [[staff]] member and [[volunteers|volunteer]].  It serves the purpose of providing the viewer a quick way of tracing how each aspect of the Con is connected to some other part, and who supervises or is responsible for it.&lt;br /&gt;
