Stage Ninjas are stage hands and assitants that help set up stage decorations and displays. They also assist with actual stage presentation when required, but typically in a standby or safety role.
They are called Ninjas due to often wearing black clothing (to blend in with a darkend stage) and because they move with such catlike stealth and agility in their duties.
