'''Zambia''' is a schedule maintenance tool written in PHP and MySQL developed and used by [[Arisia]] and [http://www.anticipationsf.ca/ Anticipation], but available under free license.  It provides staff access to program items from brainstorming through publication, and participant access for maintenance of personal information such as bios, interest, and availability.  It can interface to the [[CONGO]] online registration system.  It generates output to [[Hotel Liaison]], [[Tech_Crew|Tech]] and [[Publications]] from which at least some documents can be auto-generated.  It does not automatically assign participants or timeslots, but there is ample conflict reporting.  For more information, contact zambia@arisia.org.
