Convention Committee or ConCom is another term for Executive Committee. It more clearly designates the group of officers running a given convention, as opposed to the officers running the parent organization of the convention organization.

The nominal structure might be:

• Parent Organization's Board of Directors

• • Convention Committee's Executive Committee

• • • Department and Sub-department heads
