Table-Top is a form of game that is played around a table or tables. The game types vary greatly, both in format and competition. Some different formats are American, Classic (Chess, Go, Poker, etc.), Collectible Card Games (CCGs), Euro, miniatures, role-playing games (RPGS) and social. Most social, role-playing and Euro board games tend to reward cooperation with each player or a team, while American, Classic, CCGs and miniatures tend to reward competition between players.
