Operations Support is about providing all the hardware, software, equipment, or supplies needed to accomplish one of the activities in Operations. The person responsible for Operations Support will work closely with the person responsible for Operations to coordinate their two activities. The two functions could even merge, depending on the convention.
The labor to do the work will come from the Volunteers recruited for the convention. The Operations Support chief will have to know what needs to be done, and how many are needed to do it.
