John, I admit I was a bit startled to see so much new material on the incorporation page. But after I got over that, I looked at your background and decided that perhaps the practicing attorney, with the non-profit specialty, should be allowed to fill in the details that I missed ;)

Thanks for coming aboard and feel free to roam about the site. I definitely don't want this place to be just my view of the world, and certainly there are plenty of points of view out there.
