AASFA

AASFA: The Ann Arbor Science Fiction Association is the legal parent corporation for ConFusion.

The Board of Directors elects a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer from among their own ranks. The Board is itself half appointed by the previous Board, and half elected by members of AASFA. In addition to approving the budget and the hotel contract for ConFusion, AASFA conducts the twice annual elections for itself and the Stilyagi Air Corps officers (The Guests for ConFusion are elected in the fall - the Board and the ConChair and the name of ConFusion are elected in the spring), and funds Stilyagi events throughout the year.
