Operations

Operations is the activity that actually provides the main thrust of the convention to the members. Whether that be Panels, Presentations, or Events, Operations coordinates all the activity to make it happen. That includes the background activity of building a program, scheduling the speakers (and the rooms), and deconflicting them as necessary to make for a smooth flowing convention.
