Zambia
From ConRunner
Zambia is a schedule maintenance tool written in PHP and MySQL sponsored and used by Arisia and Anticipation, but available under free license from the SVN repository. It provides staff access to program items from brainstorming through publication, and participant access for maintenance of personal information such as bios, interest, and availability. It can interface to the CONGO online registration system. It generates output to Hotel Liaison, Tech and Publications from which at least some documents can be auto-generated. It does not automatically assign participants or timeslots, but there is ample conflict reporting.
