The best single point of contact is sending mail to Webmaster@ConRunner.net. That will send mail to a live person that might be able to help. But it might be a while before you get an answer.
The next best help is to visit the Conrunner:Community Portal. You can ask questions there that will be seen by any other visitor intersted in helping. The Webmaster visits there as well, but you are more likely to be seen more quickly there.
Other avenues will open over time. Specialists in each area of web design and convention running will be coming on board, and more focused help will be available.
