On-Site Meeting

While selected committee members will visit the site several times before the event, for larger events its a good idea to have a more general on-site meeting for a wider selection of staff. This could even be a staff weekend with overnight accommodation and social events. Ensure hotel staff with sufficient seniority are on hand to answer technical questions.
