Sensitivity reading

A process were all convention publications, from Progress Reports to Program Books and Panel Blurbs are reviewed by a 3rd party to ensure they do not contain culturally sensitive material that some might find offensive. This takes time, and may cause dissent if the rewording is clumsy or distorts meaning.
