ContentsFeatured Article - Member RelationsThe activity relating to recruiting, establishing, and maintaining the Membership of the convention. This is very much a Customer Relations function in disguise, getting Members, then keeping them happy so they will enjoy their time now and come back to participate again later. If you do nothing to ensure people will desire to attend or to return, you increase your risk that they will not. Your attendance will decline, and eventually may fall to nothing. Major FunctionsThe convention organization has many internal functions, all of which work together towards the goal of conducting a successful convention.
